Disney Series: Kevin from UP!

Hey Guys!
I'm enjoying doing this Disney Series so so much! I love everything about Disney so to be able to recreate some of my favourite characters for me, is amazing! I hope you like the latest addition to the series - Kevin (the bird) from Up! I kept thinking about who I could do next, but nothing was really coming to me until my boyfriend reminded me of Up! As soon as I thought of Kevin I knew exactly what I wanted to do!

Kevin's so bright and colourful, I knew this was going to be a fun one to do! I wanted to keep it pretty simple still, so it's wearable for a festival or something, so didn't go crazy with feather eyeliner or like what I did for Iago from Aladdin.

All of the gorgeous bright colours are from Sleek V1 Mattes Palette. I'm having so much fun with this palette! I bought it a while ago now and haven't really found the time to use the colours so this was the perfect opportunity for them to show their potential and I LOVE IT! Also, if you're using bright colours, to make sure they pop as much as they can, use a white base first! I used NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk.

Eyelashes are by Eylure #146, and they are so so beautiful. I love the feathered effect they give, really girly and pretty! I did have a little miss-hap with them though! I should really cut them down a little but I forgot and managed to glue them too close to the inner corner of my eye and they hurt like hell! I didn't notice it at first, but my eye started watering and made my eyeliner smudge ALL over the yellow eyeshadow!!! I tried to fix it as best as I could, but there's a lesson learnt! CUT DOWN EYELASHES TO FIT YOUR EYE! Remember that one next time Georgia...

Anyway, that's my look for Kevin from Up, I hope you guys like it!
If you have any ideas of characters you'd like to see my attempt please comment below!

And I've just got a new Instagram purely for my makeup it's EnchantedMakeup so please check that out :D

Hair Update!

So basically I have destroyed the pigment in my hair. This summer I thought it would be fun to experiment for festival season with my hair colour, and then I got a teeny tiny bit addicted... Instead of telling you all the colours I went through, I'm just going to show you...

What my wonderful Mother said I reminded her of!

I'm the one on the left by the way...

MERMAID HAIR!

After a while of my hair being Blue it went GREEN!

And the pigment wouldn't come out! No matter what I did (used anti-dandruff shampoo and tried tomato ketchup!) So I couldn't go straight back to blonde, instead this happened...

It's quite a nice, reddy brown colour and I'm loving it at the moment! It's started to fade a bit so shouldn't be too long until I can go blonde again and start dying it random colours for festivals... because I know it's going to happen....

All the crazy colours were Crazy Colors hair dye and they worked really well, but I don't think I'll be rushing to dye it blue again anytime soon! The pigment locked into my hair and left my blonde locks green! So unless you're going to cover it up with a darker colour, be warned!

Just a quick post today, got a few ideas in my head that I want to blog about but still thinking...
Hope everyone's good!

Purple Hair and New Piercings!

Ok... So in the last few months I've definitely become a lot more confident and happy within myself so started to express it!

My parents have always put me off getting any 'weird' piercings but I saw a really cute picture on google of a triple forward helix and fell in love with it! So basically, step by step - I'm getting it!
It's 3 seperate piercings and so far I've got two! I expected it to hurt a lot more than it actually did but it was fine! Hurt no more than a blood test and the woman doing it was so lovely!

what i'm aiming for!

What I'm at so far :)

I'm leaving them about 2/3 months apart so they have time to heal, then will get them all changed into 3 Gems studs accending in size :) Looks super cute!

Also, it was the Bestival a few weeks ago (which was amazing!) and I fancied a bit of a change anyway so decided to dye my hair purple! As you do...

This is how it looked the first time I did it! I used Crazy Colour hair dye in lilac and hot purple - mixed the two together! They were super cheap, like £3.50 each! And Amazing!!! To be fair, the first time i did it, it hardly lasted the weekend! It ended up looking like this...

I had a bit of a purple rinse going on! haha! I got fed up with it looking GREY so dyed it again, and so far it's holding on a lot longer than the first time! It's been almost a week now and it's just got a slightly more lilac colour...

I quite like it this colour though! It does look a lot darker than it actually is in this photo, it's more of a pastel lavender at the moment which is beaut!

For such a cheap, semi-permanent hair colour I was really impressed with how bright and vibrant the results were! And at £3.50 I can see myself dying my hair numerous colours this autumn!

What colour do you think I should go next?
